14hib Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 14hib platform, including visitors who browse the site without a registered account and registered members who actively use betting, casino, or any other services offered by 14hib. By continuing to use the platform in any capacity, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the 14hib platform immediately and refrain from creating an account. Accessing or using the platform after these Terms have been posted or updated constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any changes made.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 14hib Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 14hib. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to register and use the 14hib platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

14hib reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address from any user at any time in order to verify eligibility. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Where 14hib has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending verification. If a user is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned to the source payment method at 14hib's discretion.

To access the full range of services available on 14hib, you must register for a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if any of that information changes.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 14hib platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment details — is strictly prohibited. 14hib employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your 14hib account and for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. 14hib will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

14hib operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to complete identity verification before making your first withdrawal or when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered address. 14hib reserves the right to pause or restrict withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 14hib does not charge a deposit fee. Any fees applied by your mobile financial service provider are the responsibility of the user.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 14hib account within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you contact support to arrange an alternative verified account.
• 14hib targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any required KYC verification and the absence of any ongoing account review.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.
• 14hib reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud prevention or identity verification checks are warranted.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals on the 14hib platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No multi-currency conversion is offered on the platform at this time.

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and other gaming activities conducted on the 14hib platform are governed by the specific product rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed within the relevant section of the platform. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or betting market before participating.

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets and the applicable odds at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference is issued, the bet is final and cannot be edited, amended, or cancelled by the user. 14hib reserves the right to void bets where a market was offered in error, where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault, or where there is evidence that the outcome was influenced by irregular activity.

5.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key moments of a match or event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be held pending review. 14hib makes reasonable efforts to ensure in-play markets are accurate and up to date, but accepts no liability for delays in score updates or market suspension arising from data feed interruptions.

5.3 Casino and Slots

All such offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. 14hib reserves the right to withhold a bonus from any account where eligibility criteria have not been met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address.

All content published on the 14hib platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of 14hib or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written permission from 14hib;
• Use the 14hib name, logo, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without explicit written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any content from the platform;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of the platform's content or intellectual property may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 14hib, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 14hib platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 14hib expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any individual service due to technical faults, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Any inaccuracies in odds, scores, or market data resulting from third-party data feed errors;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any losses arising from your decision to place a bet or play a casino game, which are made at your sole discretion and risk.

14hib's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14hib reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Where 14hib considers an amendment to be material — for example, a change that significantly affects your rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via an on-site banner notification or by email to the address registered on your account, where a valid email address is held.

Your continued use of the 14hib platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account, subject to any outstanding verification or withdrawal processing requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and entertainment services in the jurisdiction in which 14hib operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 14hib platform shall first be referred to the 14hib customer support team for informal resolution.

14hib is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. Our support team, available 24/7 in English, will acknowledge any formal complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of any dispute resolution process, you retain the right to seek independent legal advice at your own cost.
